what is the meaning of cherish?

1. to hold or treat as dear ; feel love for : to cherish one's native land.
2. to care for tenderly ; nurture: to cherish a child.
3. to cling fondly or inveterately to : to cherish a memory.

suddenly i have the urge to write about the word cherish. what is cherish to you?? to me, cherish is something that money cannot buy. nothing can replace.

i cherish my family. i cherish my friends. i cherish my mentor and benefactress. i cherish all my loved ones. no words can describe how much i loved and cherish my loved one and friends....

these two days, i have been to visit my paternal grandma. she seems and look like she have weaken alot. alot. you really really can see the different. i feel the pain to see her in this manner. i duno how to put my feeling in words. well, i really hope she could get well soon. hmm, well, actually i dun like my paternal grandma when i was younger. cos my family does not have a boy (of cos, expect my father) unlike my other uncles whom at least have a boy in the house. well, i would blame my parents for not giving us a brother cos watever boys can do, we girls can do as well. back to my grandma, she seems to change for the better and she have change the impression of we girls, i suppose. i tink pple have "cheated" all her money and neglect her which i hate to see her in this way as well. i was telling my sisters, as long as grandma is around, we should do our part as a grand-daughter. to visit her whenever we are least busy. bring her out for dinner when we occassionly have dinner gathering. buy her food that she fancy. etc etc... sigh.. i seems emo at this moment. =[


another issue.

lately i'm feeling weird. i'm serious in dilemma. i really dunno wat i'm feeling abt him. i dare not say i like nor love him. well, i dunno what is this feeling all abt. i need a breather. or maybe will he be so kind to appear/sms/call me to tell me what is this feeling all abt?? KATHLEEN, PLEASE STOP DAY_DREAMING. FAT HOPE.

well, i know i dun have the look, the appearance, the figure that most men are looking for in their girlfriends. thus i dun dare to pin too high hope. my luck on this is always on the lower end. so let nature takes it course, bah..

i tink i have to tidy my feelings now to move on with my life.. wish me luck, ya.. =]
